Celebrating Women at the School of Hope

International Women's Day is a special occasion, and this year at the School of Hope, we marked the day with heartfelt celebrations.

On March 8th, our community came together to honour the achievements and courage of women, both within Guatemala and globally. Our fourth graders led an inspiring assembly, highlighting significant Guatemalan women who have made a difference. Additionally, two elementary students, together with our music teacher, dedicated a beautiful song to all women, underscoring the deep appreciation we hold for them.

At the School of Hope, many of our teachers and staff members are women whose dedication and hard work are the backbone of our community. Their unwavering support and commitment were celebrated on this special day, reflecting our admiration and gratitude for their invaluable contributions.
